数字转英文读数
数字转英文读法，同时给出英式/美式读法、序数词、序数缩写、逐位读法和科学计数法
使用说明
- 输入任意数字，自动给出英文读法。支持整数、小数、负数、千分位逗号，也可以输入中文数字（如“两千零二十六点五”）。
- 英式读法在百位后加 and（two thousand and twenty-six）；美式读法不加 and（two thousand twenty-six）。
- 序数词、序数缩写仅对正整数显示；小数、负数和 0 没有序数形式，显示为“—”。
- 逐位读法把每个数字单独读出，适合读电话号码、账号、年份核对等场景。
- 科学计数法给出 a × 10ⁿ（1 ≤ |a| < 10）和计算器、Excel 中常见的 E 记数法两种写法。
英文数字读法规则
1. 级差：每三位一个单位
英文按“三位一节”读数，与千分位逗号的位置一一对应：

- 单位词前有数字时不加复数 s：five hundred、two thousand、three million（不是 ~~three millions~~）。
- 中文“万”没有对应单词：1 万 = ten thousand，10 万 = one hundred thousand，1 亿 = one hundred million。
- 现代英式英语的 billion 已与美式统一为 10^9；旧式英国用法中 billion 曾表示 10^12。
2. and 与连字符
- 英式在百位与后面的十位、个位之间加 and：one hundred and five；千位后不足百时也加：one thousand and five。美式通常省略。
- 21 至 99 的复合数字用连字符连接：twenty-one、forty-five、ninety-nine。
3. 小数与负数
- 小数点读作 point，小数部分逐位读出：3.14 = three point one four，0.05 = zero point zero five（英式口语中 0 也常读作 nought 或 oh）。
- 负数前加 minus（气温等场合也说 negative）：-15 = minus fifteen。
序数词
